Theme – Strengthening the Future While Honoring the Past.
The 75th Anniversary of the Moo Duk Kwan Virtual Celebration is now set. The event will consist of a global participation of the Moo Duk Kwan community, both past and present, documenting country Moo Duk Kwan histories and demonstrations, recognition videos of key personages, both of Pioneers and eminent contributors, seminars by Kwan Jang Nim HC Hwang and World TAC Designees. and a collection of celebratory video offerings from around the world.
To support the recognition of Pioneers and eminent contributors, this announcement will also serve as a solicitation around the globe for candidates that meet the criteria of either Pioneer or distinguished contributor to the Moo Duk Kwan legacy. Nominations should include the name, dan bon and photo of the candidate. Please remit to the 75th Virtual Project Delivery Team by August 31, 2020.
The event will begin with a 30 day daily offering of collected videos, starting on October 5th and finishing on November 5th. These products will be distributed on the World Moo Duk Kwan social media site, on Facebook. Production is now underway. A full listing of these products will be published later in September. The celebration culminates in a 4 day “live” training across the 4 Moo Duk Kwan zones November 6th-9th. A full listing of dates and times is below.

Friday Program; Event Launch
Official launch of the event. This is the live class with Kwan Jang Nim that will be live streamed and recorded for future viewing. Seminar content will be determined by the Kwan Jang Nim.
Saturday Program; Zone Seminars
Seminar #2: Lee D.G SBN - Cha Gi in the Golden Era Starts at 12 noon in Seoul, South Korea

Zone Seminars have been scheduled based on local times, generally starting at 12 noon in the primary city for that Zone.
Each Seminar has been allocated for 2 hours.
Zone Seminars will be streamed live for all WMDK and Heritage members.
These Seminars will be available only for premium ticket holders.
The training content will be recorded and uploaded online where registratns can participate in recorded sessions at a later time.
Monday November 9 Program (2-3 hours)
Local dojangs and members are encouraged to integrate the WMDK virtual program with local festivities based on local health and safety guidelines.

Each World MDK TAC member or his designee gives a short speech explaining the history of their zone, honoring their pioneers. At the end, we show a video. This includes historic and recent video footage of demonstrations. This should include Heritage members. These pioneers have built a strong foundation in not only the Moo Duk Kwan, but in the broader martial art community.
Each zone produces a second video of current members. High action, high level demonstrations that highlights skill and also represents local landscape and culture.
